Shipping destinations

Happy Pets currently ships to eligible countries in Europe and to the United States. Available shipping options are displayed during checkout based on the delivery address.

Shipping cost

We offer Free Tracked Shipping on eligible orders to Europe and the United States.

Processing time

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be longer during holidays, periods of high demand, or circumstances outside our control.

Estimated delivery time

Estimated delivery is 9–21 business days after the order has been processed.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Customs procedures, carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or incorrect address information may affect delivery.

Order tracking

When tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Tracking updates may take several days to appear after shipment.

Multiple packages

Items in the same order may occasionally be shipped separately. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number and packages may arrive on different dates.

Incorrect addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after the order has entered processing or has been shipped. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.

Customs and import charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Where these charges are not collected during checkout, they may be the customer’s responsibility.

Delayed or missing orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, contact us at astambolliu96@gmail.com with your order number.

We will review the tracking information and work with the shipping provider. If an order is confirmed lost, we will provide an appropriate replacement or refund.
